What kind of education are schools offering and focusing on nowadays?

We all understand that times are changing and school are constantly evolving their sets of criterias to be fulfilled in their teachings to their students. But what happens when they lose sight of theareas of teachings that are supposed to be the main focus of teaching organisations.

Discipline is enforced like no one's business in schools. What happened to the standard of work the students produce. In focusing on discipline they have probably lost track of the correct methods of teaching the students probably the most important part of what is needed in their careers. The patty. The juice. The information. The knowledge.

Somehow, these teaching products that the school has hired are losing sight of the main purposeof their profession. Someone needs to remind them that they are there to teach and that the main areas of focus is on passing on useful knowledge on topics that are needed in todays society. Things like economic crisis and brainstorming methods of pulling through this period. maybe measuring the stock markets. getting insights of how the industries are coping. These are the things that matter right now in the situation the world is in.

If somehow these so called teachers and lecturers put us in rooms full of computers with research and reports to do, then shouldnt they have something to do themselves and maybe judge us based on our report standards and methodology of research. Instead of going around and monitoring our computer screens to see what we are doing with our time.

Perhaps if you cared so much about how we are spending our time in the room and how we space out our time for our research then maybe you'd give us other things to do as well?

I dont know about the rest of the world but right now what we need is more knowledge imparted on us. not silly slips of paper telling us that we have done something wrong. which may not neccessarily be something bad.

If you wanted to do that then maybe you have chosen the wrong profession? How about picking one along the lines of being a security guard? or even maybe a carpark attendent. then you could issue as many tickets as you like.

We are here to learn. So why not start teaching?

ps: my lecturer doesnt even know how to answer me when i asked her if majority of our stopover weightage was based on the standard of our reports and projects. so what the fuck is she doing?
