A child sat beside her as she thought to herself. That could be me. Imagining in her mind the heart the child had. The laughter the child stored and the love the child felt.

Never once in her life had she felt it. But then again she knew that thinking about it only made things worse. Look to the future she told herself. Indesperate efforts to help herself freeze a moment of time and catch a glimpse of the beauty of the world.

The beauty she may never have noticed as a young child.

People say pictures say a thousand words. My story speaks a million.

Things people may not gather just by reading. they gather by seeing.
Seeing and looking are different. I look at you and you seem happy. But underneath it all. you're just the sad girl who yearns for more to life than everything unfortunate that happens to you.

Now that is seeing

How often we look and never see. But the beauty of true life comes with seeing and believing.
NOT seeing and believing but believing though theres no sight and seeing though there's no light.
