i just got back from church.. it was packed.. which was a really good thing... just saw this video.. my friend gave it to me.. it's pretty nice... it was a meaning and stuff. watch it if you want ya. =))
we christians believe god died to save our soul.. well.. non christians.. you guys shouldnt say stuff like... omg here this girl goes trying to preach something we've been avoiding almost all our lives.
well.. tell you the truth.. sometimes.. i too doubt christ.. even though it's something really bad.. confession: i've drifted a little.
i went back to church today.. not just becasue it was easter.. but a long time ago.. a preacher told me a personal story... she was on a train. and a young lady came up to her and asked..
"hi excuse me. i was wondering... looking at you from afar.. makes me smile.. you seem to have an inner peace. i find it hard to find the happiness inside of me. where do you get it from?"
i think that lady was having a really bad day.. but still to ask a question like that.. she was pretty calm..
the preacher said: " well i'm a christian and i find my inner peace a happiness inside of me.. i'm pretty filled up and i'm content. that's what makes me smile"
wooooow. pretty deep huh.
i bet.. my dear readers.. as much as it may seem impossible.. it is.. casue i experienced it before.. life changing experiences have occurred in my life and i'm sad but proud to say.. i've changed. and finding happiness.. is something that you can only search within yourself..
that inner peace.. i believe.. you dont neccessarily have to be a christian to find it.. but you can be a complete person to have it.
